For client projects, you own the work we create for you under contract.
When do I get repository access?
Prefer your accounts early. Final handover is always documented.
What is included in handover?
Source, key assets, environments notes and how to run the product.
Do you keep a license over my product?
No hostage licensing for client-funded work.
What about third-party libraries?
Open-source and vendor licenses are respected and noted.
Can another vendor take over later?
Yes, if handover docs and access are complete. That is intentional.
Who owns the UI designs?
Designs created for you are included in handover unless stated otherwise.
What about domain and hosting accounts?
They should stay in your name.
